The Crystal Palace at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom is not the kind of a restaurant where patrons can casually stroll in without a reservation—this very popular dining establishment just off of Main Street USA requires reservations days—sometimes weeks—in advance, so be sure to book a table online or call 407-WDW-DINE if you want to see what the fuss is all about. Even with a reservation, expect to wait an additional 15 minutes before getting a seat, but the Winnie the Pooh Disney character dining experience at Crystal Palace will be well worth the wait.
For parents of babies and toddlers, the Crystal Palace is the ideal Disney dining experience. All of the beloved Pooh characters—Tigger, Piglet, Eeyore and Winnie the Pooh—are on hand to greet the children and pose for photos at their tables. During the course of the meal the characters make the rounds so that the children can usually get to see all four characters. There is also a parade through the parade that older children can enjoy as well as the parents frantically grab their cameras in search of the next photo opportunity.
As a buffet restaurant, the Crystal Palace offers the kind of “accelerated” dining experience that parents of young children need—no more digging into the diaper bag for amusements waiting for the platters to appear—and the quality of the food is much higher than the standard buffet fare that one would find on International Drive. This is Disney after all, and the meals do reflect Disney prices—an all you can eat dinner buffet is can run between $36 to $59.99, with lunch and breakfast being less expensive.

Between the Winnie the Pooh characters and the hearty buffet meal, guests can entertain their little ones and satisfy even the biggest appetites with a visit to the Crystal Palace at Main Street USA.
Other excellent dinner shows that you may want to check are the Hoop Dee Doo Character Dinner Show, the Mickey’s Backyard BBQ and the Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show. All of these dinner shows are family-friendly and suitable for all ages.
