Sharks Underwater Grill is an upscale restaurant that immerses park guests in the underwater world of sharks. The full-service eatery features a “Floribbean-style” menu with an emphasis on fresh seafood, a child’s and a teen menu, and delectable desserts and coffees.
Upon entering Sharks Underwater Grill, guests walk through an underwater grotto into a submarine-like vessel sprinkled with new-age décor. Immediately, patrons are drawn to an awe-inspiring, 660,000-gallon shark habitat. A spacious, full-service bar made up of a horseshoe-shaped fish tank greets guests and provides plenty of seating for drinks and appetizers.

The menu’s “Floribbean” flare includes dishes such as Caribbean seafood pasta in a signature sauce with spiced shrimp, scallops and fish; oak grilled filet mignon topped with jerk seasoning; and pork medallions topped with a black bean sauce.In addition to the wide variety of adult entrees, there are two children’s menus — one for those under nine, and one for teens.
