Registration for Parking pass. Provide directions from Clubhouse to the homes. Direct /Assist guests and/or Homeowners who are with other Management companies. Assists Homeowners in faxing/emailing over warranty issues to Customer Care Dept. at Park Square Homes Community services i.e. printing, faxing, copying and secretarial services i.e. Word, Excel, Fax Cover, Letter, etc. Message center for Homeowners and guests. Stamps selling. Information Center. Transportation i.e. assist with car rental, shuttle service, and Taxi/Cab reservations. Sports equipment center: registration on the hand-outs of the volleyball and basketball. Complimentary Coffee service: All day. Vending machines: Snacks and soft drinks. Pool/Fitness towels service. Assist guests and Homeowners with Public and/or in-house telephone. Coordinate Game room maintenance. First-Aid assistance (first-aid kit). Register realtors and potential clients. Daily monitoring of clubhouse, resort facilities and public areas. Communicate with Home Owner's Association. Maintain pool chemicals, daily maintenance and upkeep records required by the county. Ensure high standards of daily cleanliness of entire clubhouse facility.
