Disney Springs is bringing back a dining experience that goes well beyond dinner and drinks. This November, Enzo’s Hideaway will welcome the return of its popular Bootlegger’s Dinner, this time putting Flor de Caña rum in the spotlight.
Taking place on Thursday, November 12, 2026, the special 21-and-over evening combines handcrafted rum cocktails with a multi-course dinner inside one of Disney Springs’ most distinctive restaurants.
With seatings scheduled for 5:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., the Bootlegger’s Dinner is priced at $108 per person. Space is extremely limited, so advance reservations are recommended.

A Rum-Paired Dinner at Enzo’s Hideaway
Part of the fun of the Bootlegger’s Dinner is the setting.
Enzo’s Hideaway draws inspiration from the secretive speakeasies associated with the Prohibition era. Tucked away in the Disney Springs complex, the restaurant’s underground atmosphere provides an especially fitting backdrop for an evening centered around cocktails and food pairings.
For November’s dinner, the culinary team is pairing a multi-course menu with cocktails featuring Flor de Caña, the Nicaraguan rum producer known for its aged rums.
Guests can expect flavors ranging from tropical and refreshing to smoky, rich and sweet as the evening progresses.
What’s on the Menu?
The November Bootlegger’s Dinner will showcase several expressions of Flor de Caña rum, with each cocktail designed to complement its accompanying dish.
The evening begins on a tropical note with Flor de Caña Blanco, pineapple, lime, coconut water and vanilla. The cocktail will be served alongside a spread of salumi e formaggi, giving guests a combination of bright tropical flavors, cured meats and cheeses to start the experience.
One of the richer pairings of the night features Flor de Caña 12-year rum blended with crème de cacao, pecan liqueur and orange clove syrup.
That cocktail will accompany a CAB strip loin, creating a savory course balanced by warming spice, chocolate and nutty flavors from the drink.
Dessert takes another turn with Flor de Caña 7-year rum and Flor de Caña Spresso, combined with chai, brown butter demerara syrup and oat milk.
The cocktail will be paired with brown butter cake, bringing the dinner to a sweet and indulgent finish.
A Different Kind of Disney Springs Night Out
Disney Springs has no shortage of places to grab dinner or a cocktail, but the Bootlegger’s Dinner offers something different for adults looking to turn an evening out into a full dining experience.
Rather than ordering cocktails and courses separately, the event is built around the interaction between the food and drinks. Each course introduces a different expression of Flor de Caña and gives guests an opportunity to experience how the flavors of the rum change alongside different ingredients.
The intimate atmosphere at Enzo’s Hideaway also makes this an interesting option for couples, groups of friends and Orlando visitors looking for an adults-only evening away from the theme parks.
Because the event is centered around alcoholic beverages, all guests must be 21 or older.
