A Celebration of Giving and Community Spirit

Hosted by Rosen Hotels & Resorts, “A Tree-Mendous Affair” highlights the generosity and dedication of Central Florida’s nonprofit community. Each participating organization designs and decorates its own holiday tree, transforming the halls of Rosen Shingle Creek into a festive gallery filled with personality, color, and purpose.

This year’s lineup includes well-known organizations such as The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida, Runway to Hope, Habitat for Humanity, Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida, and The Coalition for the Homeless, among others. Every tree tells a story, reflecting the mission and impact of the group behind it.

Visitors are encouraged to stroll through the displays at their own pace, making the experience a perfect outing for families, hotel guests, and anyone looking to enjoy a holiday tradition rooted in community connection.

Vote for Your Favorite and Support Local Nonprofits

One of the most anticipated aspects of the event is the voting. From opening day through December 21, attendees can select their favorite tree. The organization whose tree receives the most votes will be awarded a $5,000 contribution from the Harris Rosen Foundation.

This contribution not only celebrates creativity but also provides meaningful support for the winning nonprofit’s ongoing work. It’s a simple and festive way for the community to participate in giving back during the holiday season.

Free and Open to the Public

“A Tree-Mendous Affair” remains free for all to attend, making it one of the most accessible holiday experiences in Orlando. Whether you are staying at the hotel or visiting from across town, the event is open to everyone throughout its run.
