Walt Disney World Resort´s Animal Kingdom offers a magical spectacle by day and by night, as part of Disney After Hours! Some people can´t handle the long days of excitement and therefore miss out on the awesome events taking place after hours. So, they are missing out big time!

Animal Kingdom has an unmissable event called ´Nature Glows in the Dark.´ This unique event includes 10 amazing activities on selected nights, until May 2020:

• January 9, 16, 22 and 30
• February 6, 13, 19 and 27
• March 5, 12, 19 and 26
• April 1, 7, 14, and 22
• May 2, 9, 16, 19 and 26

But what are the 10 exciting attractions you´ll experience at Animal Kingdom´s ´Nature Glows in the Dark´ They are:

1. Avatar Flight of Passage – Adventure through Pandora in a memorable 3D experience, by flying high on a winged mountain banshee.

2. DINOSAUR – See if you can save the dinosaurs, in this prehistoric adventure. But you must be quick because a meteor strike is on the way.

3. Expedition Everest – Legend of the Forbidden Mountain – Board a hurtling train as it journeys through the snow-covered Himalaya’s. Warning: Beware the Yeti!

4. It’s Tough to be a Bug! – This hilarious 4D film, inspired by A Bug’s Life, gives guests a look at what it is like to be a bug.

5. Mickey & Minnie Greeting at Adventurers Outpost – Safari Mickey and Minnie Mouse are waiting to meet you! You can find them opposite Discovery Island.

6. Na’vi River Journey – Enjoy a magical boat ride through the glowing rainforest of Pandora.

7. Pandora Drummers – Swotu Wayä – Embrace the musical culture of Pandora at the Na’vi Drum ceremony.

8. Rivers of Light: We Are One – A special nighttime show with special effects and soundtrack to celebrate nature.

9. Tree of Life Awakenings – Don’t miss Animal Kingdom’s crowning jewel that is the Tree of Life, as it is reborn and flourishes.

10. TriceraTop Spin – In Dinoland you can fly high on a Triceratops with your little ones.

How Can You Experience Disney After Hours at Animal Kingdom?

´Nature Glows in the Dark, ´ is available to a limited number of guests, making it exclusive. To access this unforgettable experience, you need to get a ticket for one of its selected nights (see dates above).

Once you have your Disney After Hours ticket feel free to enter from 7:00 PM. The event itself will take place from 9:00 p.m. until midnight.

Food and Drink in Animal Kingdom at Night

Your limited-edition ticket includes ice cream, popcorn & select beverages. Be sure to squeeze in time to fill your face in-between the laughs and thrills. These snacks will be available from food carts stationed throughout Animal Kingdom.

Other food will be available for purchase, from the many delicious eateries within the theme park.
