Origins of World of Disney Store

The flagship store for all things Disney opened in Orlando on October 2, 1996, and covers 51,000 square feet (4,700 m2) of Disney land, meaning it is home to the largest collection of official Disney products in the WORLD!

Over the decades, the store has undergone several upgrades, which have concluded in a vibrant and spacious store, with an open concept, perfect for finding your dream souvenirs.

Whether you’re 2 or 92 years old, your favorite Disney film and its characters will have a t-shirt, bedding, mug, pencil case and more for you to buy, take home and love forever. Don’t forget to pick up your favorite Minnie or Mickey ears, which can be style perfectly with your Disney park outfits.

The store isn’t cheap but you can bet that the quality is at its highest!

Where is the World of Disney?

The newly re-opened store, in Orlando, is located in the Marketplace at Disney Springs, formerly Downtown Disney. It’s pretty big, so you won’t miss it!

World of Disney Store Opening Times

It is open daily, Sunday–Thursday from 10 am to 11 pm, Friday–Saturday from 10 am to 11.30 pm. Whatever time you leave Walt Disney World Resort you’ll have time to squeeze in a last-minute shop for goodies.
