There’s something new cooking in Liberty Square, and Disney fans who enjoy discovering new food and drinks at Magic Kingdom will want to put this one on their fall itinerary.
Beginning October 4, The Diamond Horseshoe at Magic Kingdom Park will welcome guests to a new limited-time pop-up featuring a menu packed with frontier-inspired small plates, specialty beverages, cocktails, wine and draft beer.

Located in Liberty Square, The Diamond Horseshoe already has plenty of Old West personality. This limited-time experience builds on that setting with a menu designed for sharing, sampling and trying something a little different during a day at Magic Kingdom.
New Small Plates Made for Sharing
The food menu leans heavily into hearty flavors and shareable dishes, making this an interesting stop for families or groups who want to order several items for the table.
One dish that immediately stands out is the Sweet Golden Corn Fritters, served with cilantro ranch dressing and red chili honey. It’s the kind of combination that brings together sweet, savory and a little heat.
For something more substantial, there’s the Queso Fundido with Barbecue Burnt Ends, accompanied by warm tortilla chips. Barbecue fans can also try the Glazed Sticky Ribs, served with cowboy beans and jalapeño crisps.

Specialty Drinks for All Ages
Disney hasn’t forgotten about guests looking for something fun to drink without alcohol. The pop-up will feature four non-alcoholic specialty beverages, including a couple of twists on familiar soda favorites.
The Orange Cream Soda combines Fanta Orange with vanilla and cream for a citrusy take on a classic cream soda.
There’s also a Caramel Root Beer with Sweet Cream, featuring Barq’s Root Beer flavored with caramel and finished with sweet cream.
Guests looking for something fruitier can choose from:
Enchanting Ember Lemonade – Minute Maid Premium Lemonade with strawberry and hot honey.
Enchanted Grove Lime Splash – Minute Maid Limeade with cucumber and mint.
The Enchanting Ember Lemonade may be one of the more unusual drinks on the menu, pairing strawberry lemonade with the sweet heat of hot honey.
A New Lineup of Cocktails
Adults will have several new cocktails to explore, with whiskey, tequila, vodka and rum all represented on the menu.
The High Plains Huckleberry combines 44° North Mountain Huckleberry Vodka with crème de cassis liqueur, lemon juice and cranberry.
Bourbon drinkers may want to check out the Coal’d Fashioned, made with Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon, Mr. Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur, cinnamon syrup, orange bitters and Angostura bitters.

Whinnyin’ Whiskey Lemonade – Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey, Aperol liqueur, strawberry purée, Minute Maid Premium Lemonade and basil.
Cactus Rose Margarita – LALO Blanco Tequila with prickly pear, lime and agave.
High Plains Huckleberry – 44° North Mountain Huckleberry Vodka, crème de cassis liqueur, lemon juice and cranberry.
Rattler Rum Punch – Bacardí Superior Rum with orange, pineapple, lime and passion fruit, finished with a sweet-and-spicy rim.
Coal’d Fashioned – Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon, Mr. Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur, cinnamon syrup, orange bitters and Angostura bitters.
There will also be a seasonal cocktail called In Holiday Fashion, combining Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon with rosemary syrup, cranberry and cinnamon.
Wine and Draft Beer at The Diamond Horseshoe
Guests who prefer wine can choose among three selections.
The sparkling option is Nino Franco Rustico Prosecco, while Fess Parker Riesling represents the white wine selection and MacMurray Estate Pinot Noir is available for red wine drinkers.
Three draft beers round out the beverage menu:

Cigar City Jai Alai IPA
The inclusion of Cigar City’s Jai Alai IPA also brings a Florida-brewed favorite to the lineup.
